Very bed experience. When I started use first time after receiving product. oven is not heating properly and food is not backed. When i call customer support they told product is not returned/replace . It will Repair. This should not right if customer got not working product then this is not customer fault.
I have received dump product received.
Product is good ordered from amazon but packing only from agaro still the gront glass was out of the hooks i arranged it back to its place but now smoke or heat uis passing from both sides of glass
