unsatisfied with Agaro after sales service

Purchased Regency Air Fryer last month on 27th MAR. I had received a defective product. Had shared the Video & Invoice on the only email id they have. Today is 11/04/2024. Everyday calling to customer service and emailing the complaints. Till date no resolution. Agaro is too busy to reply to the complaints. Very unprofessional behavior by the team.
